Registration and Fees

At this time, we do not have the capacity to process your registration from this site. Please print and complete a pdf version or MS Word registration form, and mail it with a $50.00 deposit to:

Please, register your son and/or daughter for the Gerow Hockey Program for the 2008 season. The season will run for 12 weeks and students will receive 2 hours of lessons a week.

Class starts on May 16, 2008

Cost $525.00

Family Rates Available!

There are no refunds for holidays, sicknesses, or missed classes;
however 2 make-up classes will be allowed for holidays, or sicknesses.
